At VibyVibes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • The items must be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [support@vibyvibes.com] with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ensure that the RA number is included with the return shipment.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received a gift and would like to return it, you will receive store credit for the amount of the item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at [support@vibyvibes.com] with your order number, a photo of the defect or damage, and a description of the issue. We will resolve the issue by offering you a full refund or sending a replacement.

7. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)
